Alaina creates digital content for Bon Appétit and Epicurious, writing and producing commerce stories and newsletters across brands. Her work covers a wide range of topics, including the best-tasting whey protein, the squeezable tahini she can’t live without, and how to outfit your kitchen like Carmy from FX’s The Bear. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Fine Arts, Alaina spent (most of) her free time cooking, contributing to the school’s culinary magazine, and eating her way through the Philly food scene. She worked in food styling, content creation, and marketing before landing in her hometown of New York City and joining the food brands at Condé Nast.
