It’s officially November—Mariah Carey has smashed the pumpkins, everyone’s planning their Thanksgiving dinner, and the early Black Friday kitchen deals have started to drop. I know what you’re probably thinking: How can there be Black Friday deals two weeks before Black Friday? These days the sales start as early as October sometimes and will continue to trickle in until the main event on November 29, giving you ample time to start perusing the discounts and get a head start on your gift list. You’ll still probably need to wait until Black Friday to see the biggest markdowns, but we rounded up a few deals from major retailers that you will tide you over until then.

A Staub Dutch oven can only be rivaled by a Le Creuset Dutch oven. Both are high-quality pieces of French-made enamelware that’ll last for years and years to come—though the Staub might eek out over the Le Creuset when it comes to durability. It’s got a black interior that allows it to conceal wear over time, which wins it a top spot as one of our favorite Dutch ovens. Get a 7-quart size from Williams-Sonoma right now for $160 and rest easy knowing you’ll get your money’s worth (and then some).
A good cast-iron skillet is like a pair of vintage jeans—take care of it, and it’ll last you for years and carry you through just about any situation you could imagine. Lodge makes one of our favorite budget-friendly skillets at under $50, and you can get it at even more of a steal with one of Amazon’s early Black Friday kitchen deals.

Vitamix makes the most best blenders on the market, and one of our favorite models—the 5200—is on sale right now. While you’re not going to get the high-tech presets you might with other Vitamix models, the 5200 is great for anyone in the market for an easy-to-use but super powerful and high-quality blender at an unbeatable price thanks to this early Black Friday deals.
If you're in the market for a food processor, you can’t get much better than a Cuisinart. The brand introduced the first food processor to the American market in 1973, and it’s held the hearts of many home cooks ever since—including that of senior Test Kitchen editor, Shilpa Uskokovic. It features an incredibly powerful motor, a wide chute you can feed leafy vegetables and chunky onions through, and multiple blade attachments. It also holds up incredibly well over time, making it a worthwhile investment for those who want something that’ll blitz food with a bit more umph. Buy it now on sale on Amazon or directly at Cuisinart.
If Vitamix reigns supreme in the blender space, then KitchenAid takes the cake for stand mixers. It powerfully whips, kneads, and whisks anything you put it up against, and the bowl is slightly tapered at the bottom so all ingredients are in contact with sides and get more evenly mixed. It’s the best of the best—making this one early Black Friday appliance deal you don’t want to miss. If you're a KitchenAid stan, check out even more deals from the brand.
When we put a bunch of basket-style air fryers head-to-head, this 5.5-quart air fryer from Ninja won the top spot. While most air fryers have a temperature threshold of 400°F, this model has a “max crisp” button, which simply turns the temperature up to 450°F and it’s true that the setting gets you crunchier food—and faster. It also has a dehydrate function that cooks at very low temperatures for long periods of time. And one small design feature makes the appliance easier to clean than its competitors: Instead of a basket, this air fryer features a “crisper plate” that allows for maximum air circulation. It’s easier to remove and scrub than a basket. Take advantage of Wayfair’s generous sales and join in on the air fry-movement this Thanksgiving.
The Wolf Gourmet Elite is basically a mini convection oven. It’s got the same advanced temperature control and probe thermometer you can expect out of a regular Wolf oven, and it’s also a lot bigger than the average countertop oven—all qualities that make it one of our favorite toaster ovens. It even uses convection cooking, so it can double as an air fryer. That size does unfortunately make it heavier than other toaster ovens and it's also pretty pricey, but sales on Amazon and Williams Sonoma can at least help take the edge off of that cost.
